From time to time we offer free delivery on items, otherwise standard delivery charge is £3.97 on all orders. Delivery time is typically 1 day from despatch but can take up to 3 days.
If you prefer to have your order delivered to perhaps your workplace, to a friend or a neighbour, you have an opportunity to store more than one delivery address. All we ask is when you place your order simply provide us with a phone number and our couriers will be in touch with details of your delivery.
You will be given the option during checkout of entering a different delivery address if required. If you have a specific date you need your item for, please do email or call us and we will do our very best to get your product to you in time.
STANDARD DELIVERY ITEMS
If your item is in stock, we will process your order the same day. In busy times it may take us a little longer.
Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail Second Class or standard parcel, or by TNT, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
Standard delivery takes anything between 3 to 5 working days to reach you.
Please check your delivery carefully, to ensure that nothing has been damaged during transit. When you sign for receipt of the delivery please be aware that you are signing to say that the products have arrived in good condition. If there is damage then please sign for the delivery as damaged and you will need to let us know within 3 working days.
If you have a camera on your phone, or a digital camera, please take a quick photograph of the damage and attach it to an email so we can contact our haulier.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE?
